And the winners are...

That's a wrap for the third annual Pensacola Bay International Film Festival held at various locations throughout Pensacola including The Breeze Cinema 8, The Silver Screen, Rave Motion Pictures, and Seville Quarter. Winners of the 2005 event include:

• Judges' Choice, Best Feature Film: "The Machinest" starring Christian Bale, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Aitana Sanchez-Gijon by Brad Anderson, director.

• People's Choice WSRE Best Documentary: "Liquid Vinyl" by Taylor Neary, director, and George Reasner, producer.

• People's Choice Pensacola News Journal Best Animation: "Commingled Spirits" by Mary Ann Trujillo, animator.

• People's Choice Cox Communication Best Short: "Lonesome Matador," by Anthony LaMolinara.
